Individual
Psychotherapy
We upport and guide individuals from 8-24 years of age in clinical, individual therapy. For children 7 and under we typically do family systems support and work primarily with parents or caretakers and children.
Our work with younger children is focused on helping them build skills to manage, cope, and thrive in life. From an attachment-based lens, we support children in feeling heard and understood while helping guide their parents in how to emotion coach, attune to their child's needs, and redirect behaviors.

We hold space for individuals to heal and learn new ways to cope with life's challenges. We are honored to walk next to each child and parent we support. We believe every person's story has meaning and everyone deserves dignity and to feel heard.
Our approach is very authentic and human, sitting in grief, sadness, anger, pain, surprise, joy, confusion, and all emotions is what we do and how we show up for our clients. We support them in their journey to become their best self.
