Individual
Psychotherapy
I support and guide individuals from 8-24 years of age in clinical, individual therapy. For children 7 and under I typically do family systems support and work primarily with parents or caretakers.
I hold space for individuals to heal and learn new ways to cope with life's challenges. I am honored to walk next to all of the people I support, I believe every person's story has meaning and every life has a great purpose. My approach is very authentic and human, sitting in grief, sadness, anger, pain, surprise, joy, confusion, and all emotions is what I do and how I show up for my clients. I support them in the journey to become their best self.
