Individual

Psychotherapy

I support and guide individuals from 8-24 years of age in clinical, individual therapy. For children 7 and under I typically do family systems support and work primarily with parents or caretakers and children.

My work with younger children is focused on helping them build skills to manage, cope, and thrive in life. From an attachment-based lens, I support children in feeling heard and understood while helping guide their parents in how to emotion coach, attune to their child's needs, and redirect behaviors.

I hold space for individuals to heal and learn new ways to cope with life's challenges. I am honored to walk next to all of the people I support, I believe every person's story has meaning and every life has a great purpose. My approach is very authentic and human, sitting in grief, sadness, anger, pain, surprise, joy, confusion, and all emotions is what I do and how I show up for my clients. I support them in the journey to become their best self.
